Shipping policy

Orders are immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center to prepare your shipment. We cannot intercept the order once it has been placed.

Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse. Therefore, take into account an average delivery time of 2 weeks. This is because we use an environmentally conscious bulk shipping method. It takes a little longer, but it's better for us and for nature. However, since the products are shipped directly from our warehouse to you, the delivery time is longer than you are used to, but this allows us to keep the product prices at an affordable level. For this reason, their delivery time can take up to 30 days*.

Our supplier processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped the next day. Deliveries are not made on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time may take longer than 3 days.
